  • Hearthside Bread Baking: Experience the warmth of fresh bread baked in our outdoor oven using time-honoured methods.
  • Herbal Medicine Introduction: Discover how early settlers used local plants for healing and everyday health.
  • Cod Flake Crafting: Learn how cod was prepared and preserved to sustain the settlers through PEI’s long winters.
